Trash & Recycling

TRASH

We have two trash chutes located next to each elevator. You can access the garbage cans on the ground floor via the garage doors at the north and south ends of the building.

Please bag all garbage and tie trash bags tightly to avoid spillage in the chute.  Please use garbage bags NOT polyethylene grocery store bags.  Plastic bags from grocery stores tend to split and scatter trash down shoots, which attract bugs and rodents.

RECYCLE
We have four blue recycle bins located on the ground floor, near the walkways to the beach, on both the north and south sides of the building. . The bins are concealed behind white fencing and clearly marked with appropriate recyclable materials.

For your convenience, the materials that can be recycled in these bins are:  Paper, Metal, Cardboard, Plastic, and Glass. Please break down all cardboard boxes before putting them in recycle bins to maximize bin volume. Lee County provides a quick video called "Recycle Smart" to help residents remember "5 For the Cart!".
